Shipping Policy 1. We provide free shipping service for one packet by FedEx if a buyer buy more than 2000 us dollar at one time. If your order should be shipped by two packets, you need to pay extra shipping fee for the second packet. 2. If you buy many doll stands or doll furniture, then it is impossible to provide free shipping service. 3. We can ship order by Fedex, EMS, Rincos, k-packet. 4. EMS, Fedex, Rincos and Kpacket shipping fee is charged based on box size. Therefore, when you buy a big size doll stuff, shipping fee will be very high. And you should leave a memo about returning products on the Q&A board within 1 week after receiving items. If you open the products or set products, then it is impossible to return that products to us. If there is a delivery accident or a defect in the product, please contact us within 1 week after receiving the products. We will exchange prodc uts or make compensation when you tell us within 1 week about defective items. About defect items, we will pay returning shipping fee for you. However, if you return items to us because of changing your mind( for example, if you do not like the design or color or feel that it is different from the image in your mind, etc), then you should pay return shipping fee and resend shipping fee together. So we suggest you buy items carefully. When you return the product, please be sure to use the box we sent you. If you return the product without the packaging box, the product will be damaged. If damage occurs during return due to careless packaging, we may charge extra fee about damage of the product. We will check returned items condition and then refund money to your PayPal account or your credit card. We will contact you by email after receiving the products. * Refund 1. If you make payment by PayPal, we will refund money to your PayPal account. 2. If you make payment by credit card, we will refund money to your Credit card. 3. If you buy on sale items or damage sale items, then it is impossible to refund money to you. 4. If you buy doll parts, then it is impossible to refund money to you or exchange another doll parts to you. Layaway Policy 1. We provide Layaway Payment Method when buyer buy a doll or doll parts when order amount is higher than 200 us dollar. 2. There will be absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or changes about layaway order. 3. If you cancel your layaway order, you will lost all deposit that you have sent. 4. All purchase of layaway order is final. 5. We suggest you leave a memo about layaway terms when you make order, we will check your memo when we send Paypal invoice to you. We will set partial payment option to the PayPal invoice of layaway order. You can pay partial payment at that PayPal invoice link. 6. We start to make dolls after receiving full payment. |
