Please note: This promotion is limited to 10 dolls total across all eligible lines. The limit is based on the number of dolls purchased, not the number of orders. The event will end automatically once all 10 available spots have been claimed and may close earlier than expected.
Shipping Information
Once your doll has been completed, it will be shipped using an air shipping carrier and service selected by Dollmore. Delivery usually takes approximately 14 days after shipment. However, delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and the destination country. Please note that the doll’s production time is not included in the estimated shipping period. If you request a different shipping carrier or delivery method from the one selected by Dollmore, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Import Duties and Fees
Complimentary shipping covers the international air shipping charge only.
For orders shipped to the United States:
A prepaid import charge equal to 12% of the doll’s purchase price must be paid at checkout. For all other eligible countries, any applicable customs duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other local import charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery.
Payment and Promotion Conditions
✦ Layaway is available for up to three months.
✦ Layaway orders will be shipped after all payments have been completed.
✦ This promotion cannot be combined with other discount coupons, promotional offers, or special sale prices.
Eligible Shipping Destinations
Remote-area exclusions: Some remote or extended-service locations—including Alaska, Hawaii, and certain island, mountain, or rural areas—are excluded from the free shipping offer.
